Abstract: 
El objetivo de este trabajo es explotar las herramientas tecnológicas de información y comunicación para promover el alcance de los ODM y el desarrollo de la sociedad latinoamericana, así como la difusión de la producción científica de la Facultad de Humanidades de la UAEMex. El presente trabajo descansa sobre la base de la Declaración de Principios de la Cumbre Mundial de la Sociedad de la Información (1ª Fase, Ginebra 2003), defendiendo en todo sentido la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y siendo a la vez una propuesta que ayude a conseguir los ODM de la ONU, el impacto de las ciencias sociales y la visibilidad institucional de la Facultad de Humanidades de la UAEMex.
English abstract: 
The aim of this work is to exploit the technological tools of information and communication to promote the scope of the ODM and the development of the Latin-American society, as well as the diffusion of the scientific production of the School of Humanities of the UAEMex. The present work rests on the base of the Declaration of Principles of the World Summit of the Society of the Information (1 ª Phase, Ginebra 2003), defending in everything felt the Universal Declaration of the Human rights and being simultaneously an offer that helps to obtain the ODM of the ONU, the impact of the social sciences and the institutional visibility of the School of Humanities of the UAEMex.
