Community Manager - Social Media
The B2B Division of TUI Travel’s Accommodation and Destination’s Sector is looking for a dynamic Community Manager to implement the organisation’s Social Media strategy. The successful candidate will produce and monitor content to support the development of key Social Media initiatives, joining a youthful, driven and creative Marketing Department.
Monitor online reputation, identifying threats and opportunities in user-generated content related to our various brands. Audit quality and relevance of all outbound Social Media initiatives, ensuring that they comply with the organisation’s Social Media policy. Develop content to support our current Social Media strategic objectives. Identify time and cost-effective initiatives to improve brand awareness and potentially generate business opportunities. Participate in projects focused on the transforming the way content is delivered and presented across various mediums (websites, social media channels, etc).
Native Bilingual English-Spanish with excellent copywriting skills in both languages. An outgoing and motivated individual, capable of connecting with actors at all levels of the organisation to source the right information that will ultimately shape high value content for our client and supplier partners. A team player, with the ability to multitask whilst meeting tight deadlines. “Hands-on” and not afraid to take initiative but with the analytical mindset to choose the best possible option on short notice. In-depth knowledge and experience of the Social Media universe, including both established channels and emerging 2.0/3.0 communication trends. Good understanding of SEO principles (SEM knowledge a plus). Previous travel industry experience a plus.
