2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree from a major university required – preferably in business, journalism, or related research/analysis-intense field; Masters preferred. Ability to communicate precisely and succinctly in English (oral and written- proficiency level-bilingual required), distill, edit and categorize knowledge in writing. Well-organized, self-starter, good at prioritizing, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team. Proactive, creative, persistent, confident and able to work effectively with partners and case teams. Ability to adapt and customize the capture process as required by different teams. Exceptional process skills – strong follow through and accountability.
